Processor Agreement
To adhere to the GDPR 2018 a written agreement is needed with anyone processing (handling) Data (Personal Information) at A1 Dance. This agreement is made between A1 Dance & anyone that comes into contact with personal Data at or through A1 Dance.

What is Personal Information or Data?
Any single piece or collection of information which can identify an individual. Such as but not limited to: Name, DOB, address, contact details, photographs and videos. Sensitive information such as but not limited to: Medical details.

The subject matter as listed but not limited to that above must only be processed as & when necessary for the smooth running of A1 Dance classes, activities or events & the safety of students, staff, volunteers, visitors etc.
As Principal & Data Controller of A1 Dance Elizabeth Stagg must adhere to the GDPR 2018 & endeavour to keep safe & secure any personal Data she is privy to, both physically and virtually (online). She must ensure that anyone who processes Data on her behalf for A1 Dance has agreed to certain rules & standards pertaining to Data Protection.

Any personal information I am made aware of through A1 Dance must be treated in the strictest confidence.
Information should be shared with the Principal (Data Controller) in a confidential & timely way.
If necessary, information may be shared with Teachers, Staff, Volunteers etc. on a need to know basis.
Personal information should not be left unattended at any time, this includes registers, holiday lists etc.
I must not take or store any information I am made aware of through A1 Dance.
I must not share or make known in any way, any personal information that may undermine or cause loss or damage to A1 Dance: students their parents / guardians, families or representatives, staff. teachers, volunteers or guests etc.
In my role I must not take photographs or videos of anyone associated with A1 Dance without written consent from the Principal.
If I am on the A1 Dance Parents Association Committee I will endeavour to keep safe and secure any information I take or need to store to carry out my role.
If I believe any data has been lost or compromised in anyway I must inform the Principal (Data Controller) at the earliest opportunity.
Notes on Processing
Processors must only act on written instructions from the Data Controller & keep all matters strictly confidential.

Processors must seek the Controller’s permission before sharing information with anyone other than a known Processor for A1 Dance. If in any doubt ask the Data Controller - Elizabeth Stagg.

If a Data Subject (individual) requires access to their Data the Processor has a duty to provide any information they have, to aid the Controller comply with the request.

Processors must inform the Controller of any breaches in security resulting in shared, lost or stolen Data. And any known or perceived impact this may have on the Data Subject (individual)

Processors must delete or return all personal data to the controller as requested at the end of the contract; and
submit to audits and inspections, providing the controller with whatever information it needs to ensure they are both meeting their Article 28 obligations (basically this is as listed in the check box section above), and tell the controller immediately if they are asked to do something infringing the GDPR or other data protection law.
