Thank you for your interest in hosting a booth at the 2024 Horsepower Carnival on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 from 4 - 6:30 PM at Children's TherAplay (9919 Towne Road, Carmel). Please see below for event details and requirements.
Event Details
- The event takes place in our indoor arena which is sand footing.
- AccessDeck walkways are placed through the arena for wheelchairs,
walkers, strollers, etc.
- We estimate around 200 adults and 250 children will be in attendance.
- All applications are due by March 15, 2024.
- You will be notified whether your application is approved 2 business days after it is received.
- We have a limited number of tables and chairs which can be reserved on a "first come first served" basis.
Vendor Requirements- All vendors will need to provide a game or activity along with a prize or takeaway.
- Vendors must arrive on sight between 2 PM-3 PM to unload their vehicle.
- After unloading the vehicle, you will need to park it
at College Park Church (2606 W. 96th St.) and take a complimentary shuttle back to event grounds.
- Set up must be completed by 3:45 PM.
- Tear down can begin at 6:30 PM
Please keep in mind, our event is sensory-friendly to accommodate the kiddos we serve who have a varying range of sensory and accessibility needs. We ask that games and prizes have low-sensory elements (no rapidly flashing lights, sudden loud noises, etc.).
