Employ-a-thon is a campaign, aimed to onboard 1000+ skill building organisations, on Atypical Advantage platform (www.atypicaladvantage.in), the biggest skill promotion/ job placement website for persons with disabilities.

Atypical Advantage and Guide Star India have come together, to help your organisation to join this mission to secure Inclusive Financial Independence for persons with disabilities, across India. During the campaign period from 5th September to 4th November 2021, as part of #GivingTuesdayIndia, we will run special programmes and events to profile candidates and facilitate placements.

Today, there is a huge recognition and demand for skills of PwDs in both corporate and entrepreneurial sectors.
Atypical Advantage is uniquely positioned with different markets and corporates, across India, thus facilitating skilled individuals with disabilities, who are trained by your organisation, find opportunities of their choice.
