To register athletes in your delegation for Option B of the Virtual Winter Games, complete the form below.
In Phase 1, NO MORE THAN 10 TOTAL PARTICIPANTS (including athletes, coaches, volunteers) are permitted during training sessions or during competition.
Please indicate if you will use your home course or Hermon Mountain. If you will be using Hermon you are required to sign up for a time block. If you have more than 10 participants you will need to reserve another time block by submitting this form again. Time slots will be filled first come first served. If there is a conflict with another team you will be emailed to discuss a second choice.

Time Blocks Available:
Snowshoe: Monday 2/22- Friday 2/26, 10-11am, 11-12pm, 12-1pm, 1-2pm
Nordic & Alpine: Nordic Ski is tentatively scheduled for 2/22 and Alpine is tentatively scheduled for 2/23- these dates are based on snow and staffing at Hermon and will be confirmed in February

You will need the following information to complete this registration process:
       o HOD Name/Email
       o Name of COVID 19 Response Person for each competition time/time block
       o Athlete: Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Event (Qualifying Score not required)

We ask that all entrants on this page have a completed COVID-19 Code of Conduct & Risk Assessment form on file at the state office prior to the start of the event. Athletes are also required to have up to date medical and consent forms on file.

At anytime during this process you can always select the "Back" button (bottom of the form, to the left of the "Next" button) to go back and review/edit the data that you completed prior to your current section.  Once this form is completed entirely and submitted (click "Submit" on the last section) the HOD will receive an email (to the email provided) with a PDF confirmation of what was submitted.
