Speaking of life drawing, the public is bound by the beauty of so-called standard models and has unconsciously overlooked many other different body forms. This year【Body Fest】is exhibiting 90 artworks by 20 painters and 13 models with an aim to broaden the aesthetic repertoire of the body.

In the past two years, our participating painters have been keen to capture the character and beauty of these models to enable a visual conversation. This exhibition features interviews of the models to unfold their perspectives of the body as well as their modeling experiences, including self-exploration, cultivation of confidence from body to mind, relief of individual hatred and anxiety, breakthrough of age boundaries and celebration of gender diversities. By challenging art creation with different human figures as the theme, we hope to enhance public awareness of the work of life models and nudity.
