Proposed Connecticut National Estuarine Research Reserve (CT NERR) Commenter Sign up sheet for October 7th Public Hearing
There are two sessions scheduled for Thursday, October 7th 2021 to receive comments on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) and Draft Management Plan (DMP) for the proposed CT NERR. The afternoon session will be held from 2:30 to 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) and the evening session will be held from 7:30 to 9:00 PM EST. Sessions will be identical and attendees may choose the session most convenient for them.

To facilitate an efficient process to address public comments, we ask that you please fill out this online sign-up form if you would like to make a comment or read a brief statement. Signing up does not bind you to comment, but will allow the moderator an organized way to call on people prior to taking ad hoc comments. If you are unable to sign up or choose not to, there will still be an opportunity to comment after the signees have been called.

Please note the length of time for your comment will be limited to 3 minutes. The moderator will provide a 30 second warning that your time is almost over at two minutes and 30 seconds.
