2022-2023 MATH/SCIENCE TEACHER SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
INSTRUCTIONS: Please complete ALL sections of this application. All information is required unless otherwise stated.

Deadline for Fall 2022 applications is October 15th, 2022. Deadline for Spring 2022 applications is March 18th, 2023.  You may apply only once per academic year for the same award. Additionally you MUST be enrolled in courses the following semester in order to be eligible for an award. If you are completing your credential this semester, you cannot receive MSTI funding for the next semester and should not apply.

Students receiving an MSTI scholarship will be expected to participate in at least 2 MSTI-related activities (lectures, seminars, etc. that relate to math or science teaching) during the 2022-23 academic year.

All scholarship award transactions are handled by the Office of Financial Aid. MSTI scholarship awardee names and amounts are sent to Financial Aid for processing. Please refer all questions regarding disbursement, contradictions between current aid and scholarships, as well as how the scholarship will be applied to your account, to the Office of Financial Aid.

NOTE: FIRST TIME APPLICANTS WILL BE PRIORITIZED BUT YOU MAY APPLY MORE THAN FUNDS. AWARDS ARE BASED ON AVAILABLE FUNDING.
