Use this form to submit your choices for practice fields.
Submit one form per team, additional submissions per team will be ignored.
If you coach multiple teams, submit one form for each team.

We will do our best to honor preferences in the order specified.

Tee ball, Machine Pitch and Coach Pitch baseball and 8u softball teams get one 1 hour time slot.
8u+ baseball and 10u+ softball teams get one 1.5 hour time slot unless they are using a MP/CP/Softball size field on a weeknight, where they will get 1 hour.

Time slots start at 5pm on weekdays and 8am on weekends, except when reserved for games. You can view availability by field by clicking the links below. Anything marked "MBSA PRACTICES" is an option to choose. Availability is NOT updated in real time, but rather when requests are processed, so some of your picks may not be available when your request is processed.
