2024 RCA Annual Conference                          Delegate Designation Form
There will be two events at the 2024 Annual Conference where voting is required to be by delegates sent by individual RCA local groups.  These are the Annual Business Meeting which will be conducted via a hybrid Zoom meeting on Friday,  August 2 with reports and consideration of proposals.  Actual voting on the proposals will be on an electronic ballot in the  week following the ABM.  

The Board of Trustees Election  meeting will be on Sunday, 4 August.  with voting accomplished  on a paper  ballot at the end of the meeting 

Each RCA group should use this form to register their delegates for the virtual Annual Business Meeting and the annual Board of Trustees Election.

In the Annual Business Meeting, the ballot issues will be debated but voting on the ballot issues will be done electronically after the ABM with the votes tallied one week after the convention.

A delegate couple can carry the vote of ONE other group.  The group delegating their proxy must complete a delegate designation form.
