There will be two events at the 2024 Annual Conference where voting is required to be by delegates sent by individual RCA local groups. These are the Annual Business Meeting which will be conducted via a hybrid Zoom meeting on Friday, August 2 with reports and consideration of proposals. Actual voting on the proposals will be on an electronic ballot in the week following the ABM.
The Board of Trustees Election meeting will be on Sunday, 4 August. with voting accomplished on a paper ballot at the end of the meeting
Each RCA group should use this form to register their delegates for the virtual Annual Business Meeting and the annual Board of Trustees Election.
