Thank you for your interest in applying to attend IRRPP's Summer Education Workshop (SEW). SEW will be held June 10-13, 2024 at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC).

Please complete all fields below. This information is important for us in shaping workshop content and will help create the best experience for participants. If you are registering as a team, please include their full names and email addresses. We will follow up once we review all applications.

Please save the dates in your calendar after you apply! We will meet from 9am-4pm each day (Monday-Thursday). A light breakfast and lunch will be provided each day.

You will receive up to up to 28 CPDU hours (7 hours each day for 4 days).

Cost to attend SEW:

Individual registration = $400
Team registration = $300 per person

We also have a scholarship rate for individuals who would like assistance.

We will send a follow up email with more information and a registration confirmation closer to the event. It would be helpful for us to know if you will need ASL interpretation so we can schedule those services far enough in advance. In another email, we will ask for food and space accommodations, etc.
