Dear Parents/Guardians:

Please take a few minutes to fill out this survey in regards to your sons/daughters experience on their athletic team at Watkins Mill. Be honest and open. This survey will be seen by the Athletic Specialist and Administration. The Athletic Specialist could share anonymously with the coach some points from this survey. If you have more than one child, please complete separate surveys for each child and each sport.
