• Graduates MUST RSVP in advance. To limit crowd size and maintain safety protocols, each graduate is limited to only 2 tickets. We realize the hardship this poses for those with large families, but we will allow ample time for photos to share with your family and friends.

• All graduates must be in compliance with the current CUNY vaccination mandate.  Graduates without a current QCard (QC ID card) need to follow access directions posted here (https://www.qc.cuny.edu/community/Coronavirus/Pages/Campus-Access.aspx).

• All ticketed guests must show proof of vaccination to enter the campus.

• Security bracelets to access campus will be distributed in advance of the ceremony. Details to follow soon.

Our department ceremony has been designed to be as safe as possible. However, there remain risks associated with all in-person activities during the COVID-19 pandemic. All attendees and their guests will need to provide proof of vaccination. In addition, we encourage the wearing of face masks hand washing before and after all activities. All participants and attendees, regardless of role, are subject to these rules. Individuals displaying any symptoms associated with COVID-19 will not be permitted to attend the event or enter the space for the event.
