If grads who had unavoidable pandemic-related delays don’t have a guarantee of additional funding by them, we will make sure our voices are heard at the Open Hearing on Tuition and Fees on Wednesday, April 27, from 6–8 p.m. The Open Hearing is an opportunity for grads to address the Board of Governors in person and virtually about the exorbitant fees that graduate fellows pay (upwards of $800). Instructions for speaking at the Open Hearing
Speakers must sign up individually with the Office of the Secretary of the University (secretary@oq.rutgers.edu).

Deadline for signing up in-person: Before noon on Tuesday, April 26th.  In order to permit the maximum number of speakers to be heard, each speaker will be allotted approximately two minutes.

If you cannot attend the Open Hearing on Wednesday, April 27, comments regarding the university’s tuition and related charges for 2022–2023 can be submitted using our online comment form. These comments will be compiled and shared with the university administration and the Board members prior to the Open Hearing.
