2022 Farmers Market Vendor Registration
Vendor Options:
$20 Banner Only (hang your banner from the porch eves. 4' max length)
$35 Dry Vendor (10x10)
$50 Premium Vendor (climate controlled room. Includes a banner space, tables, & chairs)
$50 Food Truck/Trailer

Season Pass Options (8 markets):
$255 Dry Vendor (~$32 per market)
$355 Premium Vendor or Food Truck/Trailer (~$44 per market)

Minimum 20 vendors. Maximum 55 Vendors.
Vendor spaces are assigned on first-paid basis. Payment can be made via Venmo @ScotsmanCenter or by check (addressed to "Scotsman Center"). Payments are due upon registration to confirm your space and are not refundable. A grace period of 3 days from your registration time is allowed to make your payment. Vendors who pay after this grace period, or pay day-of-market, are subject to a $15 late fee upon check-in.

Set Up Info:
We recommend Dry Vendors bring a canopy. Canopies MUST have 25 pound tent weights and detached trailers must have blocks behind the wheels. Limited tables and chairs are available for free. Vendors are responsible to return borrowed table and chairs to storage; cleaned, sanitized, and in working order. A $25 cleaning fee will be billed to vendors who leave their spot, tables, or chairs uncleaned.

Prior to each market day, vendors will be emailed a facility map, and their spot assignments. Vendor parking will be in our private back parking lot, on the West side of the building. Vendors are not allowed to walk through the stabling areas.
All vendors must check-in on Saturday and sign a waiver EVERY time, even if you are a returning vendor.

Facility Info:
A dumpster and garbage bins are provided on-site for visitor waste. Vendors are responsible to pack out their own waste from packaging, set up materials, etc.
4 permanent family bathrooms are accessible to everyone in the main building.
Stabling aisles are closed to walk-through foot-traffic.
Loitering is not allowed in the equestrian areas and petting/feeding the boarding horses is prohibited (some of them bite!)
