Information on Available Roles:
Treasurer:
- Coordinates fundraising, secures activity funding, and maintains balances/finances.
- Must be able to report to the rest of the Executive Board monetary status of the organization during meetings.
- Coordinates the chapter bank account and any credit/debit card associated with the chapter bank account.

Communications Chair:
- Creates flyers for all UTSD Houston ADEA Student Chapter related events
- Communicates between UTSD Houston ADEA Student Chapter and external organizations for sponsorships and/or collaborations

Events Chair:
- Coordinates dates and times for all social events for the UTSD Houston ADEA Student Chapter.
- Coordinates educational lunch and learns with the UTSD ADEA team

Fundraising Chair:
-  Communicates with the treasurer on all monetary needs and questions
- In charge of planning the big fundraising events of the year – including but not limited to: Clinic Toolkit and Valentine’s Day Crushgrams
- Monitor registration forms of fundraising events, plans/orders all fundraising materials and items
