TRS Family COVID Notification
Here is an explanation for the various scenarios you may select:
Scenario 1 | Exposed to a positive case (Close Contact) - Recommended scheduling a test
Scenario 2 | No test result or close contact but experiencing symptoms - If someone is experiencing COVID symptoms but has not yet been tested, they need to be isolated until they are able to schedule a COVID test and receive a test result.
Scenario 3 | Positive test, no symptoms (asymptomatic) - If someone tests positive for COVID but has no symptoms, they must isolate for days 1-5 of receiving their positive test. If they are symptom-free, they may return to campus starting on Day 6.
Scenario 4 | Positive test, symptoms (symptomatic) - If someone tests positive for COVID and does experience symptoms, they must isolate for days 1-5 and for as long as they are experiencing symptoms. Before they return to campus, they must be symptom free & be 24 hours removed from any fever. Once the positive tested person is symptom-free (and 24 hours removed from any fever) and they have been isolated for 5 days, they may return to campus.
A negative test is not required to return to campus. They only requirement to return to campus is:
1.) Isolate for days 1-5 after a positive test
2.) Be symptom-free
3.) Be 24 hours removed from fever
