1. Cost is $20.00 per lesson for Beginner and Intermediate private lessons ($10.00 per lesson for group). Lessons must be paid by semester or full-year. No per lesson fees accepted.
2. Students will receive a $20 discount if registered before August 13 or a $10 discount if registered by August 30.
3. SCS Students - fees will be applied to school bill.
4. Non-SCS students - must pay by check to the school office.
5. Art supplies are included in lesson price, but extra fees may apply for special projects. You will be informed of fees ahead of time.
6. No refunds for missed lessons will be given. Make-up lessons will only be made for the instructor's illness or an excused school activity. In the case of the student's illness, every attempt will be made to make up the lesson, but this cannot be guaranteed. There will be designated weeks reserved for make-up lessons.
7. Art changes (i.e. dropped lessons) will take effect the first of the following month.

1. Please complete ONE form per child.
2. Students may take one day a week.
3. Classes will be offered at least two days a week, but demand for certain class levels will determine how many days a week the class will be offered.
4. Lessons are taught in 60-minute increments.
