If you are interested in having your child(ren) ages 3-12 participate in studies via video chat with the University of Louisville, please fill out the form below. This information will be entered in a list of potential participants, and we will contact you about any studies that your child can participate in. If your child is not currently eligible for any studies, we will contact you when they become eligible. Your family is not obligated to participate in any study, and you can request to be removed from the list at any time.
