Cake Tasting Box Order Form
Tasting Boxes are delivered on the 1st Sunday of every month (with the exception of 1/1). 

Boxes include cake flavors, frosting flavors, fillings, and toppings. Options will vary depending on seasonal flavors/months. If you're looking for a specific flavor, please be sure to ask!

If there is less than 7 days until the date you selected, your form will be accepted into the next month's date.
I understand that items in this box need to be refrigerated. Someone will be home all day on the selected date to receive the tasting box. *
If nobody is home, your box will be left on your doorstep! If nobody comes to the door when I knock, it will also be left on the doorstep.
