Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Chill Out and Proud 2021! Volunteers earn free admission to the festival. Please only submit this application if you know you are able to attend the festival & assist with whatever you are committed to. You will receive email confirmation should your application be selected along with additional details regarding volunteer meetings prior to the event as well as the role & time frames you are assigned. We do not guarantee volunteer spots, they are accepted as first-come, first-served. If you have any questions, please contact us by email at pflagsomerset@gmail.com. Please select 3 roles you may be interested in fulfilling. We will attempt to accommodate these preferences but ultimately must fill all these roles to ensure the event proceeds accordingly. *

Setup/Cleanup Squad (8 volunteers needed for 10AM-12PM; 6PM-8PM)

Admissions Tent Squad (4 volunteers needed; 2 for 12PM-2:30PM, 2 for 2:30PM-5PM)

Logistics Squad (2 full day volunteers for periodic check-ins on porta-potties/trash cans)

Stage Team (2 full day volunteers needed to stage transitions between acts)

Yard Games (2 volunteers needed to oversee; 1 for 12PM-3PM, 1 for 3PM-6PM)

PFLAG Table (must be PFLAG member; 2 volunteers needed, 1 for 12PM-3PM, 1 for 3PM-6PM)

Floaters (4 volunteers needed; 2 for 12PM-3PM, 2 for 3PM-6PM)
