Event
We are in the planning stages of hosting a behavioral health conference in July during BIPOC mental health awareness in an effort to improve mental health outcomes for communities of color. 

Date
July 2023 for BIPOC mental health awareness, date pending venue. 

Meeting times
We will meet via zoom every other Wednesday at 12pm. With the potential for more or less meetings as we get closer. Starting January 2023.

Support needed 
  • Develop Event Goal and Objectives. Including theme name.
  • Identify and Establish Partnerships & Sponsorships. 
  • Create a Publicity Plan
  • Assist with event set up and breakdown 
  • Help Identify and secure a keynote, vendors, raffles, 
  • Help with event timeline
  • Create promo materials, booklets, social media engagement
  • Assist with registration/check in
