INC 2022 - Volunteer Registration Form

We invite all interested students and PhD students of University of Warsaw to get involved in the XVI International Numismatic Congress as volunteers!


What we demand:
- Fluency in English; knowing Italian, French, Spanish or Russian will be additional advantage
- Communications skills
- Knowing the MS Power Point and Zoom environment
- Work will take place from mid. June till 17th of September. We need volunteers to be available in this period. We will demand the whole day availability from 10th till 17th of September
- Signing volunteer agreement


What we offer:
- Work with professional and experienced team of numismatists and archaeologist
- Work with team of Mazurkas Travel, one of the biggest and most experienced conference operators
- Possibility of meeting the wide range of academics, museum workers and collectors from all over the world
- Possibility of free entrance to the lectures
- Volunteers agreement and certificate of involvement
- Getting experience in organizing and coordinating big, international conference
- Training on the use of IT equipment
- Detailed work schedule
- Catering (including cold and hot drinks)
- Sweatshirts and / or T-shirts


Place: University of Warsaw, Krakowskie Przedmieście 26/28, Warsaw
Period: from mid June till 17th of September 2022 with whole day availability from the 10th till 17th of September

Working hours: 9.00-18.00
(during the Congress we demand whole day availability - adjustable according to schedule)
