Our Club staff is incredibly proud of how popular the Club is⁠—but the downside for us is having to operate a wait list for memberships. Boys & Girls Club Club aims to keep to a 20 children to 1 staff ratio; this assists with safety, group management and enables us to run quality programs. When you combine available space, number of staff and our ratio, it sets a limit on the number of members we can safely serve at each site.
