Our Leuven mahjong club was founded in May 2009 by Geert & Rudi, now 16 years ago. We invite you to join our celebration on Sunday May 18th. With max 16 hours of mahjong, in 8 sessions of 100min each. You can play 2 different styles and we provide max 8 tables. Register now to enjoy friendly competition, laughter and snacks at our exciting birthday celebration! Participation fee is 5€, to be used for breakfast and prizes.
Sessions with less than 4 candidates? If need be, tables of 3 players are allowed, but 4 is always more fun. All individual scores will be tracked and you can win some special prizes. You can be contacted for small modifications, to make sure we can play as much as possible.
What about food & drinks? We celebrate sweet sixteen, so bring a (small) sweet/or savoury treat to share! We provide some cold/warm drinks, to be paid for by cash or by bank app. You can (optionally) order Japanese bento (vegan/meat lunch) boxes from a local caterer. If you want something else, bring your own food or go out to find something during a break.
Please note that by subscribing you agree with the following conditions:
- Personal data is used for organizational purposes (i.e. badges, presentations, publication of results and rankings, etc.);
- You do not object to pictures being taken or video being shot during any stage of the championship and the publication thereof. The rights to these materials belong and remain to the organization of the tournament.
- By registering, the organization and / or the location can not be held liable for physical and / or material damage on the day of the tournament.
All transferred and collected personal data in relation to the tournament is only for internal use by the organizers and will never be shared with other parties.
