Invitation and info about the study

Thank you for your willingness to participate in a focus group interview as part of the "Equality at the University of Warsaw 2024" study conducted by the University of Warsaw Equality Team in cooperation with the University of Warsaw Center for Research on Women and Gender Issues.

We would like to hear your experiences and opinions about difficulties, as well as ideas for introducing support for equality and diversity.

The results will be used to diagnose the experiences and needs of the University of Warsaw community in the field of equality, diversity and anti-discrimination.

Based on the diagnosis, we will create the second edition of the Gender Equality Plan for the University of Warsaw for 2025-2029.

Interview groups in English will be organized according to the key:

- students and doctoral candidates

- lecturers and researchers 


The interviews will take place online, on the Zoom platform.

We would like to assure you that the study is intra-university in nature, and the data and information obtained during the study are confidential and will be used only for the purposes of this study.
