The next step is scheduling your tour of the space! As we have a large percentage of last minute cancellations and no-shows for the tour, we charge a $25 tour deposit. If you arrive for your tour as planned, we will refund this deposit. If you cancel your tour within 24 hours, or do not show up for your tour, we will keep this deposit.
