As a continuation from this past spring, we’re providing families Internet service who do not currently have Internet at home due to the cost of service being a barrier for families. Options for service are included in this survey. Please complete this survey (one survey per address) to indicate your need for obtaining Internet service at home. (Note: If you previously signed up for Internet access this past spring, you do not need to sign up again; your Internet service will continue through the 2020-21 school year.) Thank you!

Option 2: I'd like to obtain internet service through Urbandale CSD.
The District will partner with Mediacom to confirm availability of service at your installation address. If Mediacom service is unavailable, a T-Mobile hotspot may be provided instead.  Internet service will be free while school buildings are closed periodically due to COVID-19 for the 2020-21 school year. Once the need for remote learning no longer exists, internet service provided by the District will be cancelled.
