If you are interested in TDA's logo wear, please fill out the form below. After you have entered in your personal information below, click "Next" and you will see the following items to order (on separate pages), in this order:

-Youth Apparel
-Teen/Adult Apparel

Make sure to click next at the bottom of each page to see all the items!

Only fill out the form for the items you would like to order. If you do not want an item in the list, leave that field blank. If you would like to order more that one of the same item, but in different sizes, you will need fill out the form twice.

Orders are due Saturday, January 9th at 8pm.  The card on file will be charged.  Items will not be ordered unless payment is received.
