* achieve extraordinary results in a new or different way

* pivot and adapt to change/ maybe even harness change

We want to share the stories of Everyday Innovators, aka people like you and me, that "think differently about what's right in front of you to create an advantage."

Remember, we love the small and big stories. Sometimes the small things make the biggest difference, and other times it's a big thing that creates a breakthrough.
