Program requirements:
• Applicant must be 17 years of age or older (17 requires parental permission)
• Applicant must be physically able and willing to perform various types of manual labor in adverse conditions (i.e. heat, cold, rain)
• Applicant must be self-motivated and able to work well solo and with others
• Applicant is required to be present a minimum of 7 hours per week on the farm during the training sessions.
• Payment plan is available - A minimum deposit of $100 is required prior to start
