I understand and agree to the amount of time and financial requirements for membership and commit to attend ALL rehearsals, performances and other events as required.  I know that missing rehearsals and/or performances may warrant removal from future performances or the ensemble the without refund of fees. *
I understand and agree to the student leadership structure and will comply with all reasonable and appropriate directions that may be given. *
I understand and agree that membership in band activities is voluntary, extracurricular and contingent upon my fulfillment of these attendance, behavior, and monetary requirements.  Failure to  meet these may result in removal from the program with no refund of fees. *
I understand and agree that the total commitment fee is $500 associated with each member. We do offer a “multiple child” reduced rate fee, which is full price for the first child and half price for any additional children, for those families that have 2 or more siblings participating simultaneously in the marching band.  The non-refundable deposit will remain the same at $125 per student. Payments of $125 each are due April 9, May 12, June 12, and July 3, 2020. *
I understand and agree there is a $125 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit due Thursday, April 9, 2020.  All fees must be paid in full by August 1, 2020 (if applying summer fundraising to the fee) in order to participate.  Failure to do so will result in the student being placed as an alternate until the fees are paid.  All deposits, except the first one, are refundable (if paid by check) until July 3.  No refunds will be made for any reason after July 3 as we encumber these funds to order necessary materials. If I require additional time, I will contact the Band Director, Band Booster President or Treasurer as soon as possible. Fundraising money earned during the summer may be applied to the commitment fee. *
I understand and agree that ALL PREVIOUS BAND FEES must be paid in full before a student can apply for a leadership position or participate in any other  extracurricular band activities (this includes any fees owed for Marching Band, Concert Ensembles, Jazz Band or any other ensemble, and HRHS fees). *
I understand and agree any monies from fundraising will be applied towards commitment fees before any other fee or payments, including trips. *

I understand that we request every family to participate in some capacity in our biggest fundraiser – the Festival of Bands on the last Saturday in September. *

I know there is a Hickory Ridge Bands Facebook page for members (requires membership) on which we post much information and on which parents and students can ask questions of other students, parents, and staff.  In addition, we have an open, public Hickory Ridge Band Twitter and Instagram account.   *
