Learn how improving your personal wellbeing has a ripple effect on families, friends, workplaces, and communities.
Join this fun and engaging 8 week Wellbeing Workshop to discover tools to strengthen your personal wellbeing! Not only will you learn more than a dozen tools, you will have an opportunity to hear from guest speakers and have an opportunity to engage in optional weekly "Walk and Talks" to further enhance your experience and community connections.
The cost of the workshop series is $100 per person. We encourage you to check with your workplace in the event they have funding to support professional development. Limited scholarships are available. In addition, SCECH's may be awarded for those in education. (Please indicate in comments below if you need an invoice to pay by check, or if you need SCECH information.)
Class size is limited to 20 - if you register after the course is full you will be put on a waitlist, will have an opportunity to have priority signup for the next offered workshop (2nd quarter of the year), or may ask for a refund. We would contact you to ask for your preference.
