To be admitted to the RQD's continuing professional training activities, you must follow the following instructions. Failure to do so will result in your being denied access.

1. Fill out the registration form. Check the boxes corresponding to all the training classes you plan to attend during the Spring 2022 session. Prior registration is required.

2. Once we have treated your registration, you will receive a confirmation from us, as well as an email from Services Québec inviting you to complete your participant form. You must fill out a form for each of the training courses you have registered for, in order to receive the Zoom link allowing you to participate.

3. Shortly before each class you register for, you will receive an invoice. You will have to pay it within the required time frame.
