Keep in mind not all roles are currently looking for new members. You can choose more than 1 option below. Males and Females are allowed for all roles.

Roles will be allocated at our AGM end of semester 2.

President (Needs 1 semester of experience on a committee - Provides leadership for & oversees running of the team, Represents ISVU)

Vice President (Shadows and supports President, and assumes job of President if voted in AGM)

Treasurer (Keeps accurate record of all financial transactions)

Secretary (Documents meeting agendas, Drafts emails to university, Books rooms)

Events Directors (Head of planning events, keeps team updated)

Social Media Officer (Posts on social media about events and society matters)

Design Officer (Creates posters, fliers, social media post designs for events )

Dawah Officer (Helps plan Islamic Dawah events, and get in contact with Sheikhs etc.)

Musalah Officer (Looks after Musalah and prayer times)

Marketing director ( Formulates the marketing strategy, Look for ways to increase ISVU’s exposure, Promotes events, initiatives & reminders and Works with Social Media Officer to advertise)

Why do you want this role? What makes you qualified? *

You only need experience for the role of President (1 semester of experience on any general committee).

All other roles don't need any experience! You just need to be hard working and ready to do your share of the work!
