Dear Yogis,

We’re reaching out to you as an alumni of the ParaYoga Nidra 5-day, eligible to participate in the nine-day PYN Certification Training. As you might know, the next offering of this course was scheduled to take place October 10-18 here in Carbondale, CO. It is still our intention to facilitate the program––after all, now more than ever, the world needs exceptionally skilled and qualified yoga nidra teachers. And, we’ve heard from many of you, asking if we still intended to hold the event. We do.

This is why we are writing and asking for you to fill out this short questionnaire. We would value your input, as we all navigate a world in which traveling and gathering as a group may not return to what it was, even by the Fall of 2020.

We are still in the planning stages, considering how to best attend to the interests of as many of you as possible, should it be necessary to modify our plans for the event.

I have no question that a livestream/online version could be as viable a training as a live version. I’ve just finished two five-day trainings online and conducted a three-day workshop, also online, all in the past several weeks, all of which reaffirmed that these teachings are transmittable over the internet even when they involve content as deep and wide as what I offer in a five day training. Also, having reflected on the elements of the certification program, I have determined that all of them could indeed be accommodated for by an online platform. That’s the good news.

Still, there are considerations, practical and otherwise as to whether it makes sense to do it online. That’s why we’d love to hear from you.

Keep in mind, enrollment will still be limited, whether the event is conducted live or online.
