2024 Oregon of Ambassadors Application Form
This is the initial application form for the Oregon Ambassadors 2024 tour to Europe. There will be additional forms and steps to take as well. We will be in contact about these additional steps in the future. After you complete this initial application, your OAM Deposit must be paid in order to secure your spot on the tour.

We do not know what various countries or cities may require of you for border entry at this time. OAM follows all entrance requirements demanded at the time of travel. All students traveling must be willing to comply.

I understand the policies and procedures for OAM. I understand that I must pay a non-refundable $845 deposit before this initial application is complete. I understand there will be more forms to fill out from OAM and the partner company (MCI). I understand the costs associated with the trip. *
