This survey is intended to better understand the UK Housing Sector's relationship with the technology it employs to operate. Our goal is to work with the sector to ensure that Technology plays a key role in providing better services to Residents.

What do we mean by technology? We are interested in learning about how all the different internal and external systems such as software, websites, apps, social media, smart-home devices, PDAs etc work together to help staff and residents.
