TO BE COMPLETED BY ALL CUB SCOUT DAY CAMP ADULT VOLUNTEERS

Each ADULT Volunteers will need to have:

Current BSA Adult Membership (if not a member you may register as a Merit Badge Counselor for $25)

BSA annual Heath and Medical Record Parts A&B (Dated no more than one year from June 21, 2024)

Copy of Insurance Card

Current BSA Youth Protection Training (Training must be good through June 21, 2024 at time of camp)

Hazardous Weather Training

Youth Protection Training and Hazardous Weather Training are available at my.scouting.org in the training center
