Room Parent Interest Form

The purpose of the room parent program at FCS is to support teachers and build community. For example, room parents may support teachers by coordinating parent support for special projects, field trips, celebrations, or other class activities. Room parents will also serve as liaisons between the teacher and the PTO. The PTO will coordinate the room parent program with support from the administration.

We are recruiting a room parent for each classroom from Pre-K - 5th grade, a team of 2-3 parents for each middle school grade, and a parent or two to support all specials teachers. Please fill out this form to help us know what area could be a good fit for you. We will be in touch with you to give you more information, answer questions, and finalize a room parent assignment if you decide to volunteer for this program.
