Each summer Charlottesville Opera brings 70-80 singers, orchestra musicians and theater professionals to our community to create world class musical theater and opera productions. Over most of the last 45 years, supporters have made this possible by opening their homes to provide housing to these individuals. If you have housed in the past, thank you!
If you filled out the housing host form in 2022, you only have two questions to respond to this year! If you are new to the housing host program, we ask that you take a few minutes to carefully fill out this survey to ensure that we make the best matches for our artists and our hosts!

See below the list of dates for housing needs. Please indicate all dates your home would be available even if they don't exactly fit the timeframes listed.
Ader Emerging Artists, Season Directors, and Crew: June 4 - July 17
Guys and Dolls Artists, Directors, and Crew: June 4 - June 26
Tosca Artists, Directors, and Crew: June 26 - July 17

As in previous years, because you are hosting artists, you are entitled to two complimentary tickets to both of our mainstage summer performances. You will also have a special invitation to meet company members during the season. As many of you will testify, hosting an artist is a unique experience and a great way to build long-lasting relationships with a professional in the performing arts.

All employees, artists, and other contract personnel are required to be fully vaccinated and boosted against Covid-19. We are requiring the same of housing hosts.
