Parent Input Form for Class Placement
A variety of teaching styles and structures will be available at Wellington Elementary. Our goal is to place children in classrooms best suited to their learning needs. Parent/Guardian Input Forms will be due by Friday, May 5, 2023. Consideration is given to all information supplied by parents/guardians.
**Forms returned with a request for a specific teacher will not be considered.
