Study Title: Exploring the Disconnect Between Consumers and Corporations in the Sustainable Fashion Industry

Description: I am a student researcher at the University of Chicago writing a thesis on sustainable fashion, focusing on the relationship between consumers and fashion brands. This survey will involve answering close-ended questions, raking some answers on a scale of 1 to 5 and marking applicable checkboxes for other questions. There will be a few optional short answer questions to expand on your thoughts on sustainable fashion. No sensitive questions will be asked. Participation should take about 5-10 minutes. Your participation is voluntary.

Risks & Benefits: You will not be paid for participating in this study. Your participation in this study does not involve any risk to you beyond that of everyday life. Taking part in this research study may help encourage any changes in the sustainable fashion industry that you would like to see. If it does not benefit you personally, we may still learn new things that could help others.

Confidentiality: This survey will be completely anonymous. As a result, your data will not be identifiable. Unidentified information from this study may be published in my thesis paper. It may also be used for future research studies or shared with other researchers for future research without your additional informed consent.
