Do you agree to operate your booth during the entirety of the fair at the following posted dates and times?   Saturday, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Sunday, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.  Please note, we do not allow single day booths. Your booth must be operated during the entirety of the fair. *
Please indicate that you understand and feel in alignment with the following:   The mission of the Wyo-Braska Metaphysical Fair is to educate, encourage, inspire, uplift and facilitate healing for those who seek wholeness within a conscious community of kind, loving and well-intentioned people serving the highest good.  By participating as a vendor, I agree to operate my booth with integrity and to treat all organizers, vendors, and members of the public with honesty, courtesy, and respect.I understand that should it be determined by the organizers that I am not operating in integrity with members of the public and/or other vendors, I may be asked to vacate the premises, forfeiting my booth fee. *

Is there any request or accommodation you'd like us to consider?  Note:   Though every effort will be made to accommodate your needs, special requests will be handled in the order of paid booth registrations.  If we are unable to accommodate your request, please know that we are doing our best. *
Do you agree to allow use of your business and personal name for the purpose of marketing and promoting the Wyo-Braska Metaphysical Fair in fliers, posters, TV, Radio, Newspaper, online, and on social media? *
Please indicate that you understand and accept the following:  Sage and/or Palo Santo will occasionally be burned to clear energy both days of the fair. Sound will also be used for healing and clearing purposes. *
Please indicate your understanding and agreement of the following CANCELLATION POLICY:  I understand that I may cancel for a full refund of my booth fee (minus a $20 cancellation fee) by midnight on September 13, 2024.  I understand that I may cancel for a 50 percent refund of my booth fee (minus a $15 cancellation fee) by midnight on September 20, 2024. I understand that there will be no refund of my booth fee for cancellation after midnight on September 20, 2024. Cancellation MUST be in the form of an email announcement to lisa@prairieartsyoga.com with the date/time stamp of the email determining the time of cancellation.  Other forms of communication will not be considered valid for the purpose of this policy. *
Please indicate your understand the following: Once we have received your application, if you are invited to be a vendor, you will receive an email asking you to complete your registration by mailing a check payable to Lisa Betz-Marquez. When your application is accepted, you will be given an address to send this payment. Payments not received by September 20, 2024 will be increased by $25. By paying in a timely manner, you contribute to the collective well-being of the fair. Your fee is used for advertising to help serve the good of all participants. Please keep this in mind when you receive the email asking you to complete your registration by making payment. *
