This is a registration form for programming starting September 10th, 2023.

Registered families will receive weekly email updates about their programs, have their children's names on attendance sheets for easier sign in, and nametags printed for children.

Before registering, we highly recommend reviewing the program information available on our children's ministry page, youth ministry page, and OWL page.

It is not necessary to be a UUFR member to register children or youth for Family Ministry programs, and there is no fee to register children or youth for Family Ministry programs. However, if it is necessary to limit class sizes, UUFR members will be given priority over visitors for OWL classes, and those who register early will be given priority over those who register later.
