2020 APS New Products and Services Form
The Plant Health 2020 meeting provides you the opportunity to participate in the New Products and Services discussion session and present information on new products, services, or equipment in plant pathology and related fields. If your company has a new product, service, or equipment that you would like to present, please fill out and submit the application form below before April 10, 2020.

Applications received after this date may not be included in the 2020 onsite program book. Questions may be addressed to Shujian Zhang at szhang@pebblelabs.com or 352-214-9650.

Acceptance will be based on the following criteria:

1. The product, service, or equipment must be new since the last time this session was held (August 2019). Preference will be given to products, services, or equipment released in the past year. A review committee will screen all the entries to ensure that they are appropriate and new.
2. Entries must be applicable to the interests of the APS membership.
3. Since it may not be possible to accommodate all applications because of time limitations, early applications stand the best chance of being accepted. Final acceptance shall be made at the discretion of the session organizer on the basis of the relative merit and conformance and the criteria herein described.
4. Each presentation will be limited to 10 or 15 minutes, depending on number of accepted entries. Questions from the floor will be restricted to the time limits on the presentation.
5. If submitting multiple entries please provide prioritizations of these entries.
