Idaho State University - Private Swim Lessons Intake Form
One-on-one or semi-private instruction available for all ages and abilities in ISU’s Reed Gym swimming pool.  Our ability to offer private lessons is based on instructor and pool availability.  

Once you are matched with an instructor, participants work directly with the instructor to arrange lesson times.

We expect to be able to start lessons in late January 2025.

Private and semi-private swim lessons are offered during specific times and days.  Due to programming and capacity limitations, pool availability varies day-to-day and seasonally based on the pool and building schedule.  Lessons are typically taught in the early evening and weekends, but other times may be available.
     
NOTE:  The more availability you list, the easier it is to match you to an instructor during open pool times.

When are you available for lessons?  What times and days do you prefer?  
Do you want to take regular lessons for an extended period of time, or are you looking for a few lessons?
What is your main goal?  What do you wish to get from your swim lessons?
Do you have a preference on instructor or instructor gender?  If you are requesting a specific instructor, list their name under OTHER.

What to expect
Once you complete this form, we'll match you to an instructor.  That instructor will reach out to you via your preferred contact method listed above, and you will work with that instructor directly to schedule lessons. It is typically a week or two between the time you complete this form until your first lesson.  

Sometimes, we have a waitlist.  We'll remain in contact with updates, but please reach out to us if you need to follow up.
