Work-life “balance”: a discussion on how to achieve and maintain work-life integration in paleontology

Paleontologists at all career stages face challenges in juggling the demands of work and life. While there is often pressure to achieve a perfect “balance” between work and life, establishing this “happy medium” may not always be possible, and there is no one-size-fits all approach.
 
In this inaugural webinar hosted by the Diversity and Inclusion Committee of the Paleontological Society, we welcome everyone to join us as we discuss how members at different career stages of the paleontological community approach work-life integration.
 
During the first half of this hour-long webinar, we will explore the approaches that some of our members use to establish work-life integration. The second half will be devoted to answering pre-submitted questions.
