Registration Fee: £100 (this is on top of the fundraising requirement and non-refundable to be paid on acceptance of space)
Fundraising Target: a minimum of £1,900 by 2 November 2022, with 85% of this amount (£1,615) raised by 25 September 2022.

consent, to keep you updated on activities and news. The data we gather and hold is managed in
accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. We do not share your data with any third
party although some information will be passed on to London Marathon in order to complete your
registration for this event.

• I understand that completing this form does not guarantee my place in the event.

• I confirm that I will be 18 years of age by the date of the TCS London Marathon and that, to the best of my knowledge, my general state of health and fitness is good and I take full responsibility for my training. I take part at my own risk.

• I agree to raise funds exclusively for Music in Hospitals & Care if I am successful.

• I agree to set up a JustGiving fundraising page on our London Marathon event (justgiving.com/campaign/mihclondonmarathon2022). All funds raised should be added on to this page including offline amounts which can be paid directly by bank transfer.

• I agree to raise a minimum of £1,900 for Music in Hospitals & Care by 2 November 2022, with 85% of this amount (£1,615) raised by 25 September 2022.

• I understand that this charity place is the property of Music in Hospitals & Care, who reserve the right to withdraw the place if it is reasonably believed the runner is not actively fundraising.

• I agree to stay in regular contact with the charity during the training period.

• If I use social media I will make best efforts to tag in Music in Hospitals & Care on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram (@MIHCUK) when posting about my training or fundraising for the event.

• I undertake to obtain all relevant permissions, authority and licences for any fundraising for this event that may require this.

• I agree for my details to be passed on to London Marathon Events in order for my registration to be completed.

• I give permission for Music in Hospitals & Care to use photographs or videos taken of me to promote the charity and event on its social media.
