Game Development Paths
The games industry in Malta is growing and slowly the ecosystem is starting to flourish. And while the Institute of Digital Games is focused on game research and the academic study of games, which a component of practical design. Academic research and practical application feeds into each other to strengthen the ecosystem, as Dr. Gabriel Robert, Lead Game Programmer at Ubisoft stated during his presentation at the launch of the new institute premises.

In this talk GTR/G.Round will be presenting advice and guidance on career paths in game development, from the entrepreneurial to the workforce. There will be a particular focus on Start-ups and Accelerators as they relate to games.
