We are looking at redoing the way we brand, promote, and inform the students and community about WCC. We would like for each staff member to participate in a SWOT Analysis. SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats facing an organization or program. We will use your input as we re-brand WCC.

The goal of this SWOT analysis is to gauge what you believe are the current perceptions of what CTE (career and technical education) does well and what can be done to improve our efforts. When answering these questions, think about the barriers you have faced in communicating the value of CTE. Please remember we would like to focus on the items we can control not the items or issues that are out of our control.
